Becoming your own boss is a simple and easy process. We have developed an initial training programme that each new franchise owner completes to ensure they are fully prepared to run their own business.
As a Franchisee, you will have the chance to manage your own geographical area
of The Inclusion Project and build your own Franchise business.
The Inclusion Project will support you in providing you with the advice, guidance and experience to get you started and to help your franchise grow. This is on-going; including monthly support meetings.
The Inclusion Project has its own set of Policies that can be found on our website. These are to help you to stay within the law and to act as quality assurance mechanisms for the brand that is The Inclusion Project.
Support is given when it comes to the financial part of the business. With performance reports created and shared with you on a monthly basis to ensure business development; alleviating any extra administrative stresses.
The Inclusion Project also maintains its outstanding reputation and standards by
having our very own in-house Quality Assurance Director. Dr. Denise Jackson works to ensure that our outstanding quality is reflected in our Quality Review Systems.
