If you have a complaint then please contact us directly in the first instance so we can do all that we can to solve the issue, failing that then please see our 'Short Guide to Complaints' document below, you can also address your complaints to the Care Quality Commission whom we are regulated by, this information is also below. Complaints may also be considered by the Local Government Ombudsman (details are also included in our Policy and short guide documents below) where we have concluded our investigation and response.
